Move To Improve – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Move To Improve. By booking a class, camp, programme, or activity with Move To Improve, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Minimum Numbers

Move To Improve reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum participant numbers are not achieved. In the event of a cancellation for this reason, all payments made will be fully refunded.

2. Liability

Move To Improve and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during participation in our classes or activities. Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in physical activity involves an element of risk.

3. Behaviour Policy

Move To Improve reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or programme without refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour that negatively affects other participants or staff.

4. Medical Information

Parents/guardians must declare all relevant medical conditions during the registration process. It is your responsibility to keep Move To Improve informed of any changes to your child’s medical condition.

5. Photography and Marketing

Move To Improve may take photographs or videos during classes for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or included in marketing materials, you must notify us during registration and inform us of any changes by contacting us via the email address or phone number above.

6. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid bookings will be given priority when allocating available spaces in classes or programmes.

7. Illness Policy

For the safety of all participants, parents/guardians must not bring their child to class if they have experienced any illness within 48 hours prior to the class.

8. Missed Sessions

Move To Improve must be notified at least 3 weeks in advance of the class that you cannot attend to be able to avail of a full refund. If you inform us within 3 weeks, we will make every effort to place your child in another available class free of charge. However, if you notify us less than 7 days before the class, we will be unable to offer a refund or any change of class.

9. Weather Cancellations

If a session must be cancelled due to typical bad weather conditions, Move To Improve will either offer a make-up session or provide a refund for the cancelled session.

10. Programme Changes

Move To Improve reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, instructors, or activities if necessary due to operational requirements.

11. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, Move To Improve staff may seek appropriate medical assistance for a participant if a parent/guardian cannot be contacted immediately.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
